Hey, I'm Whitney! Nice To Meet You!


I'm a Pilates Instructor, Functional Fitness Trainer, and Nutritional Therapist - to sum it up - you could call me a Lifestyle Rejuvenator.


I'm on a mission to help others move better and live well so that they can live a quality-filled life aligned with passion and purpose.


Working in the health and wellness industries for over 20 years has given me a wealth of experience, knowledge, and incredible passion to teach and guide others on how to nourish their bodies through exercise, delicious food, and overall mindfulness. Each fitness class is designed to not only improve cardiovascular health, strength, and flexibility, but also to renew the body, mind, and spirit.


I LOVE creating new workouts that are fun and efficient. These classes will be sure to leave you feeling stronger and rejuvenated from your head to your toes!

Pilates with a Twist has been a game-changer for me. I feel like since I’ve entered my 30s I have been in a plateau/ rut as far as working out goes. In my 20s I could go for a run and lift a couple of weights and that could help me maintain. Since turning 30, it isn't that easy. Whitney's classes have been instrumental in making exercising fun and challenging again, while also teaching me new ways to move my body and improve mobility. I have seen a difference in my mobility, stamina, and overall feeling better! I am even able to take what I learn at pilates every week and apply it to my new workout routine! I love the use of equipment. The pilates ball and roller have been amazing in teaching me new ways to engage my core and of course other muscles! Whitney's positive attitude and willingness to help the individual is such a breath of fresh air! Even in a class of 8 or more, she makes a point to help ensure you are in the position you should be in and engage all the muscles. This definitely helps me to get the most out of my classes!! After working with Whitney, I am motivated to make healthier decisions and stay consistent, I am encouraged and empowered by my skills improving every week, and calm after a bit of reflection after the class. This goes beyond physical health and has helped me become more mindful of other aspects of life.

I LOVE WHITNEY AND HER PILATES WITH A TWIST! I wish I could take this class 3 times a week! It has been such a fun change to my fitness routine and to be honest, I am mad I didn't take pilates sooner! Thank you for being a positive and challenging instructor and pushing me to go to the next step!

I've actually always had an issue with working out in public and having other people be able to see me struggle with completing new moves, but Whitney's classes are totally different. Everyone is super supportive and Whitney is intentional in making sure you do each move correctly. My favorite thing about Whitney's classes is the wind-down where she includes positive affirmations. Not only do you get a workout, but you walk away feeling mentally rejuvenated. Her teaching style is extremely intentional and interactive. Not only is she knowledgable, but you can feel how much she loves what she does through her class. It encourages me to work harder at the moves and execution. After the classes I feel motivated and revitalized. Whitney is fantastic! And that translates over to everything she does- so if you have the opportunity to connect with or work with her, take it!

Whitney’s classes are so fun and uplifting! Before working with Whitney, I had a difficult time finding the motivation to work out consistently. One of my favorite things she’s taught me is how to properly foam roll. This has helped me feel less tight and more flexible in my body. I always leave her classes feeling more empowered and motivated to reach my personal and professional goals. Overall, I’m less stressed, more flexible, and stronger in my body and mind.

Whitney's classes have helped me in SO many ways!!! Before I truly believed in the ”No Pain No Gain" motto and found myself in pain for over a year before walking into Whitney's world. I had/have a hip labral tear and am happy to report that instead of surgery I am now pain-free!!!

Menopause continues to be a huge challenge in my life and Whitney has tapped into my mental well-being which is often more than half the battle. Breathing, stretching, and laughing during our workouts are therapeutic in themselves and something I never focused on before. Whitney has taught me how important technique and form are - they’re not only good for me but also helps prevents injuries :) Who would’ve thought you actually don't need/benefit from 100 squats, burpees, and crunches? When you get deep in those exercises it turns out you only need a few done right to have better results!!!! I keep learning about my body which is one of the best parts about her classes.

Quieting my body and mind at the end of class is by far a HUGE win in our crazy busy world! Whitney does this well and makes it a priority which goes a long way in reducing stress and making me HAPPY!

I feel thankful after every class. Thankful for Whitney. Thankful for my new and healthy body and so recharged every time!

While getting fit, being with Whitney's classes are a safe space and a fun place - she is so genuine and so invested in helping you achieve your best you even on days you're exhausted and wanna quit!!!! Giving me that extra confidence and boost really makes a difference in my life. This is unlike any other training I have done before!

I’ve been working with Whitney for a few years, and I actually used to make a 40-minute drive just to see her. We typically alternate between private Pilates sessions and weights in the gym. She’s extremely knowledgeable about the body and how it works. I also work in the fitness industry, and I feel like I learn something new each time. She’s the perfect combo of push and encouragement. Even though she’ll kick your ass during the workout, she manages to make it fun, you feel great afterward, and are immediately SO glad you went. I’d recommend her over anyone else.
